The Co-Principal Model

Shared decision making and shared management are part of our fundamental philosophies. In alignment with these philosophies is the school’s Co-Principal Model. We believe this model fosters an environment of teamwork and cooperation and demonstrates to students the benefits of a collaborative approach to decision making.

We have two Co-Principals - Jenny Austin and Brigid Conaglen.
