a message from Brigid and Jenny
Welcome to Clifton Terrace Model School (CTMS). We are a small inner-city full primary school situated on Clifton Terrace just west of the central Wellington business district.
We are proud to offer students a unique learning environment that utilises the amazing learning resources within Wellington city.
Alongside our literacy and numeracy programmes we offer a wonderful Education Outside of the Classroom (EoTC) programme that allows students to have hands on and personal experiences within the arts and the wider curriculum.
We pride ourselves on encouraging our students to foster a love of learning and discovery, to feel good about themselves and to interact positively with a wide variety of people. We immerse them in a variety of situations that adds value to their classroom learning, and that teaches them to embrace the many learning and problem solving opportunities that our school, city (and the world) provides.
Our zone is in the lower Kelburn area. Entry to attend CTMS is automatic for those students living within the zone, however, we welcome enquiries from families living throughout the wider Wellington region as from time to time, there may be ‘out of zone’ places available. ***NOTE: out of zone spaces are limited - find out more HERE]***
